In short: you can start free without a credit card, paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Your plan's monthly send volume is part of these terms. And because inbox placement depends on responsible sending, our anti-spam policy below is binding: consent-based lists, working unsubscribe links, and throttled, authenticated sending.

Who these terms are with

Send29 is operated by Around29 Digital Media Solutions LLC, registered in the State of Maryland, United States. These terms form an agreement between you and Around29 Digital Media Solutions LLC.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything sent from it. You must be able to enter a contract to open one.

Plans and billing

No credit card is required to start on the Free plan.

Monthly send volumes are 2,000 on Free, 25,000 on Growth and 100,000 on Pro. Contacts are capped at 500 on Free and unlimited on Growth and Pro. Pricing is $0, $19 and $49 per month.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.

We do not offer refunds, including for partial months.

If you upgrade partway through a month, the change is prorated.

If you reach your plan's monthly send limit, you get a warning as you approach it, and new sends pause until the next monthly reset or an upgrade. There are no overage charges.

Price changes

We give 30 days notice before any price change takes effect. Notice goes to the email address on your account.

Acceptable use and anti-spam

This policy is binding for every account.

Lists must be consent-based. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Sending is throttled and authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. See how these protections work on our Inbox Deliverability page.

Your content and data

Your lists, your contacts and the campaigns you create belong to you. Send29 does not claim ownership of them.

We access your content only to provide and maintain the service, or where you ask us to for support.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

On cancellation, your contacts and campaign history are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. This matches the retention period in the Privacy Policy.

Send29 does not guarantee inbox placement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes are posted here with an updated date and notice to account holders.
