Privacy Policy

Send29 is operated by Around29 Digital Media Solutions LLC, registered in the State of Maryland, United States.

Send29 is built for businesses sending from the United States, and all data is stored and processed in the United States. We do not currently target customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and this policy is written to United States privacy law.

Two kinds of personal data, handled differently. Account data is what you give Send29 to run your account: your email address, and billing details if you are on a paid plan. Subscriber data is what your own signup forms collect: your subscribers' email addresses, plus any tags or details you add.

Send29 is the controller of account data and the processor of subscriber data. In plain terms, we decide how your account information is handled, and your subscriber data belongs to you. We store and process it on your instructions, not our own.

Account data is used to run your account, send service messages about it, and take payment on paid plans. Subscriber data is used only to deliver the campaigns you send.

Send29 does not sell personal data. We do not email your subscribers on our own behalf, and we never use one customer's data for another. Every account's data is isolated from every other account's.

Every Send29 signup form records consent at the point of signup, so you can see when and how each subscriber joined. Double opt-in is available on every plan as a per-form setting, off by default.

Every email sent through Send29 carries a compliant one-click unsubscribe. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis for everyone on your list.

We use a small number of service providers to run Send29. Each handles only what it needs to, and all of them process data in the United States.

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) delivers campaigns sent through Send29's own email infrastructure.

Namecheap hosts the Send29 application and its database.

Hostinger hosts the Send29 marketing website and delivers our system and notification emails, such as account and service messages.

If you connect your own email account to Send29, your campaigns are delivered through that provider instead, under your own agreement with them. Send29 does not control that provider.

We do not currently use a payment processor. We will name the provider in this section once billing is live.

In transit: connections to the Send29 application use TLS over HTTPS, and email is sent using STARTTLS or SSL.

At rest: account passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and any email credentials you store with us are encrypted with AES-256.

Access: every account's data is isolated from every other account's. Access requires authentication and is limited by role. We follow standard practices for protecting application configuration and for guarding against common web vulnerabilities.

No service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.

Account data and subscriber data are kept for as long as your account is open. After you cancel, both are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. The same period appears in our Terms and Conditions.

The Send29 application sets one cookie: an essential session cookie that keeps you signed in. The marketing website additionally sets analytics cookies, described below.

The marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It sets analytics cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you view, along with coarse information such as your approximate region, device and browser. We use it only in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you, and we do not run advertising cookies or sell data to anyone. The Send29 application itself carries no analytics scripts. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is not sent to us.

You can opt out at any time by using your browser's privacy controls, by installing Google's opt-out add-on, or by enabling Do Not Track. If you would like the analytics record associated with your visits deleted, email us and we will ask Google to remove it.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to be treated no differently for exercising any of those rights.

Send29 does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To make a request about your own account data, email support@send29.com. If you are a subscriber on a list held by a business that uses Send29, that business controls your data and your request should go to them. We will support them in acting on it.

Privacy questions and data requests go to support@send29.com, the same address used for all support. Email support is staffed on every plan, Monday to Friday during business hours, with a response within one business day.

Changes are posted here with an updated date, and material changes are notified to account holders.
